I often think a lot of things to myself, but I have not have the chance to keep them somewhere other than my head. Hence, I decided to provide myself with a space where I can provide my thoughts on issues that come to my mind. Studying in university got me into the habit of trying to write analytically, a habit I am not quite ready to let die.

Some things I write may be commonly accepted by others, while others may be more controversial (which is always fun). Nevertheless, I have two hopes for this site.

My first hope is that my writing will be as clear and coherent as possible. Flowery language and fancy jargon can often obscure the message one is trying to convey. Believe me, I’ve seen this a great deal as a student.

My second hope is that my words will have the capacity to make a potential reader think of something that they did not think of before, or take on a different perspective (even if they were to disagree with my conclusions).

Regardless if whether I actually do get many readers of my writing, I will at least satisfy my urge to structure my sporadic thoughts on a page.
